Yo not once, but twice! And planning a third stay! Looking for unique places to stay in Portland? Look no further, this is your place. We love you, The Hotel Grand Stark! In this post, where to stay in Portland.
Portland has been nothing but pleasant surprises around every corner. One of them is the Hotel Grand Stark in the eastside of town. Truly one of the unique places to stay in Portland, Oregon.
The quickie lowdown:
PROS: first off >their friendly staff, love love love the fine Italian Belino bedlines and plush robes, I really appreciate the thoughtful design touches and the Smeg fridge, incredibly welcoming 80’s vibing lobby, yummy Italian cuisine right off the lobby and lastly, just minutes away from Push & Pull coffee and a yummy vegan bar/restaurant. Big bonus, we felt super safe walking around the neighborhood.
CONS: no drawers for your undies & jammies {honestly, no biggie}. really loud {I mean LOUD}, but only if there’s an event/band playing in the back parking lot. So really just {semi} one con!
