Where to Stay in Banff : The Castle! The Fairmont Hotel

OMGAWD where do I even start with this wonderland of a place?  Many moons ago, I once heard Banff is the friendliest place with some of the coziest stays and it’s been on the bucket list ever since.  Banff the place, the people and our stay far exceeded our expectations.  If you’re thinking of a holiday getaway in Banff, check out the Castle in the Rockies!  Fairmont Banff Springs, Canada.

So much to love about this place.  Let’s just get at it…Is it worth the money?  Yes!   The Quickie Lowdown:

Pros:  Service, Service, Service!  Nestled with all the amenities in the most breathtaking surroundings {within the boundaries of UNESCO World Heritage-listed National Parks}, home to 12 acclaimed & distinct restaurants & bars {including an outdoor igloo dome!}, all the ski services you need, indoor & outdoor heated pools, loads of fun activities to sign up for, an award winning spa {!!}, the comfiest & fluffiest of beds, bus passes into town included and best of all the genuine smiles & helpful staff …the cherry on top of all this amazingness.

Cons:  Our shower was backed up, but was promptly fixed.

Y’all, the fam did not. want. to. leave!  TBH felt like we were leaving the comforts of home and family lol.  So one more time, the hospitality, service and quality of food are top top notch.

A must-visit for all luxury travelers.  PS…tips are not accepted {I tried!}
